khoob sai khoob tar ki talash.... aik natural factor hai... aur insaan ka nashukra hona bhi os ki nature mai shamil hai... Insan ka nafs osay iss baat per uksata rehta hai keh kuch aur ho jae to kitna acha ho... aur nafs per qabu rakhna... hard work to do... aik waqt mai ap nafs per ghalib hon gay... aur dosray lamhay mai nafs ap per ghalib ho ga... with stronger attack... kisi bazurg nay kaha hai keh nafs ko marnay ki koshish nahi karni chahiye... is sai osay aur ziada taqat milti hai... kyoun k nafs marrr nahi sakta... nafs ko marnay ki bajae os ko kamzor karo...

Forgive kar dena boht mushkil kam hai... lekin ho jata hai... thori dair ki baat hoti hai... os kay baad sab khalaaaaas... but it is not in control of one to forget something specifically... agar aisa possible hota to har shaks talkh lamhaat ko bhula deta aur khobsurat lamhaat ko yaad rakh kar khush hota rehta... yeh zaror hota hai keh talkh batain mind kay kisi corner mai chup kar beth jati hain... and life goes on normal...

Narrated Ibn Mas'ud:
A man kissed a woman (unlawfully) and then went to the Prophet and informed him. Allah revealed:
And offer prayers perfectly At the two ends of the day And in some hours of the night (i.e. the five compulsory prayers). Verily! good deeds remove (annul) the evil deeds (small sins) (11.114). The man asked Allah's Apostle, "Is it for me?" He said, "It is for all my followers."
